Bethesda and Mojang Settle Out Of Court

The long battle is over and ZeniMax (the company that owns Bethesda) seems to have won. They now own all rights to the name 'Scrolls', although they have compromised with Mojang and allowed them to use the name for their up coming digital card game. So there's been some hubbub about some statements Jennifer Hepler, a writer for BioWare, made in a 2006 interview; and now people are blaming her for the recent decline in the quality of games Bioware has put out. Tim Schafer head honcho of Double Fine games (Iron Brigade/Trenched, Brutal Legend) posted this video of himself walking around Double Fine headquarters, being awesome and lamenting the fact that point and click adventure games are all but dead.
